Andra has spent her entire adult life working with volunteer teams in different capacities. She loves the synergy when people of different giftings align their work toward a shared goal. She earned BS in Family Studies at UConn, and her MPA with a focus in Faith-Based Nonprofit Organizational Management at Regent University. Andra and her husband Scott have been happily married for more than 30 years. Together they have four adult children; they cherish their new role as grandparents.
